Siemens Process produces highest quality of polysilicon by distillation at high temperatures. These are employed in solar cells and electronic applications. Polysilicon produced in fluidized bed reactors is utilized in solar photovoltaic applications. Upgraded metallurgical grade is used in electronic applications.
